By accessing and using Founders Verbinden ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. This platform is governed by the laws of India, particularly the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. Eligibility

To use this Platform, you must be:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• Registering with authentic and accurate information regarding your identity, startup, or investment credentials.

3. User Conduct & Content Guidelines

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Posting false, misleading, or deceptive information regarding their professional background or startup financials.
• Engaging in spamming, phishing, or unauthorized solicitation within the community feed or direct messages.
• Uploading content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or violates any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempting to hack, destabilize, or breach the security of the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice, as per our obligations as an intermediary under the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.

4. Disclaimers regarding Funding & Mentorship

Founders Verbinden acts solely as a facilitator connecting founders, mentors, and investors. We do not guarantee funding, successful partnerships, or the accuracy of claims made by users. Any investment or business decisions made based on connections formed on this Platform are entirely at your own risk. We are not a registered broker-dealer or investment advisor under SEBI regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform's design, logos, original content, and software are the exclusive property of Founders Verbinden and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws in India. By uploading content (such as pitch decks), you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform, but you retain all ownership rights to your startup's intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Founders Verbinden shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Platform or interactions with other users.
